First, they placed the bike on the paddock stand and the technician removed the rear brake pad to inspect and confirm that the chain adjustment was done properly according to the service manual.
After that, they put the engine flush into the engine and start the engine for a couple of minutes so that it mixes with the engine oil and removes the carbon deposits.
After that, they removed the engine cowl to drain the engine oil. after draining the engine oil they poured 15W50 grade 1.7 litre engine oil in it which cost Rs 1750/- and they also changed the oil filter which cost Rs 348/-. which is located right below the radiator.
Besides this, they cleaned the front brake pads, cleaned the chain drive with TVS chain cleaner and then they used chain lubrication. after doing all these things they added an engine oil additive of Rs 255/-. then they have also added petrol additive of Rs 170/-.
Then they unlocked all the riding modes via computer because before the first service you had only one riding mode called Urban for engine safety reasons. and lost they washed the bike and service completed.

The first mileage test was done over the highway without a pillion he kept only one litre of petrol in the bike and he rode the bike above 90 km/h on the highway. the riding style was not aggressive he was riding the bike continuously and he got 33 km/l.
On the other hand, the second mileage test was done with a pillion and the bike was riding above 90 km/h on the open highway with less traffic and the bike delivered 31 km/l as the instrument cluster showed.

Know TVS has launched the naked version of the Apache RTR 310 called TVS Apache RTR 310 this bike has some unique features that you usually find in higher capacity naked bikes and it’s one of the most sexy-looking bikes I have ever seen.
This TVS Apache RTR 310 design is eye-catching and sometimes looks like the Ducati Panigale v4 streetfighter. on the other hand, its front facia looks like the KTM DUKE 250 2020 model if you look it closely.
The overall design of the bike is muscular and sharp. Besides this, the bike looks bulky from the front and sharp from the rear. and it has split seats so you sit inside the bike not above the bike like Pulsar NS 200.
So starting from the front you will get bug-eye-shaped front LED headlights with four LED chambers on each side and the lower part has LED DRLS. this headlight has a unique feature that works like that as you speed up the bike the Headlight gets brighter automatically and vice versa.

It means the front wheel is black in colour and the rear wheel is matching with the bike’s colour. now moving on to the side of the bike. you will see the petrol tank is hidden under the outer shell which is made up of some kind of fibre material.
company has tried to give it a 3d look which is why it has lots of cuts and creases. and the fuel tank has good knee space it makes you feel that you are sitting inside the bike. on the other hand, it has split seats and the rider seat is 800 mm and lower than the fuel tank level.
which helps the rider to sit comfortably and rider doesnt require a lean front to grab the handle whereas the pillion seat is positioned high and also not so comfortable for long rides. the nice thing is that TVS has provided a good amount of padding to keep the rider in comfort.
One other nice thing about the rider seat is that it can be heated and cooled as per the rider’s demand. These features you can get in the option. and this is the only bike in India that has this luxury feature.
Talking about design. the rear taillights are LED with dual strips. and unique thing about these lights is when you brake suddenly at a higher speed they flash rapidly multiple times to warn the traffic coming behind.
you have seen that usually turn indicators remain attached below the rear seat along with the licence plate. but the thing is different here. Indicators and Licence plates are attached to the rear tyre hugger just like the Ducati Diavel.
Besides this, this bike comes fitted with a well-designed saree guard that protects female pillion riders from injury. on the other, it has an open chain set cover which means you need to take care of the chain frequently because the open exposed chain catches rust and dirt faster than a closed one.

This engine develops 35.6 PS power in the sports and track modes and 28.7 nm max torque. Besides this you can choose up to 5 riding modes like Sports, Track, Supermoto, Urban and rain modes and as you select the modes the TFT theme also change to maximise your interest.
This bike is a multi-purpose bike as we think because you can use this naked bike on the highway, in the city, touring and on the race track.
This bike has a powerful engine and a comfortable riding position these things make this bike suitable for highway ride beside this it has cruise control so if you are covering long distances you dont need to play with the throttle repedetly. we personally like this feature.
Besides this, TVS has added a a technology called the GTT (Glide Through Technology) which enables the bike to move forward up to a certain speed without any throttle input. like if you are riding in the city just level the clutch a bit and your bike will start moving automatically you can do this up to 5-6 gear. but it works smoothly up to 4 gears.

The ride of this bike is smooth as this is a bike designed for high speed you can ride in this bike in the city in the higher gear at low bike dont get bothered with it. it’s easy to control but if you are bigger you need to be careful.
This bike is equipped with a slipper clutch which makes the the clutch pull easy and smooth. this bike has 180 mm ground clearance so you dont need to worry about the speed breakers. besides this, the thing I dont like is the lean is low so if you are leaning this bike over the corners your footrest easily scrapes on to the road.
This bike has a water radiator upfront which keeps the engine cool but when you are riding in the city and wearing shorts that hot engine air could make you feel uncomfortable. the overall bike performance is good.
Which model of Apache RTR 310 is better for you?
So if you are one of those who have low budget and still want to buy Apache RTR 310. i will suggest you to get the base model of RTR 310 which cost ex showroom Rs 2,42,990/- and comes with arcenal black color.
there is another model which cost more Rs 2,57,990/- and comes with with quick shifter which has ABS,Race modes, Ride by wire and adjustable levere. its the best model you can get.
If you have good budget you can get the Top model of Apache RTR 310 which cost Rs 2,63,990/-. but i dont advice you to get BTO Dynamic Pro kit becouse more and it comes near to Duke 390. so better you can get duke 390.
