• The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is a mid-engine sports car with 1,001 HP.
• Production of this car was started in 2005 & ended in 2011 in this duration only 252 car were produced.
• On the other hand, it’s designed & developed in France by the Volkswagen group & Bugatti.
• And Manufactured in Molshiem, France by French automobile manufacturer Bugatti.
• The Veyron 16.4 is completely sold out.

• When Bugatti engineers were designing the Veyron one thing they wanted to achieve.
• That was how to get 400 km/h top speed because this was not done by anyone.

• So they decided to design The Bugatti Veyron with new & advanced technical solutions.
• This car has an advanced aerodynamic system that helps to keep the car on the ground at 400 km/h Top Speed.
• Also, the exterior design of the car is not sharp like Lamborghini & Ferrari supercars.

• On the front, this car has a Horseshoe-shaped grill and the centerline that comes from very initial Bugatti cars.
• In addition on both sides of the Horseshoe grill two horizontal oval-shaped grills to cool the radiators.
• Talking about its headlights this car has Xenon headlights with Halogen indicators.
• Each headlight has one Xenon, one conventional & the indicator lights in round-shaped.

• These headlights are placed horizontally on the car to give striking look.
• Apart from that Veyron headlights have a washer to clean the lights on the go.
• Bugatti Veyron 16.4 looks wider from the front due to its fenders rounded & muscular
• Taking about its windscreen wipers they are manual just like normal cars.

• Moving on to the side of the car you will see a C-shaped designed Quarter panel.
• The side rocker panel & rear quarter panel are molded in a single piece.
• And when you will look closer you will find side Air Vents engine oil radiator.
• My favorite thing about this car is its dual-tone color rear portion has different color & front has different.
• Speaking about side view mirrors they are electronically adjustable & foldable with heated

• Indicators are also integrated with the side view mirrors.
• Apart from this the design of doors handles is simple just like normal cars & made up of aluminum.
• And you don’t need to search how it will open line Koenigsegg & Aston martin supercars.
• Another important thing that is you can’t access the engine easily because the rear Hood doesn’t open.
• So to refuel & for engine oil pouring Bugatti has provided two openable flaps.

• Although flap can be seen on the right & left rear quarter panel & can be open via a button placed near the driver seat.
• Driver side flap is for engine oil pouring & oil lever checking stick is integrated with cap.
• And on the other side flap is for refueling the car.

Rear Design Bugatti Veyron 16.4

• From the rear Veyron looks wider & two air Vents can be seen from the rear.
• Veyron comes with fully led taillights & a high mount stop lamp.
• Although taillights are multifunctional & they are round in design.
• Multifunctional means they perform as brake light & indicator as well.

• Below the taillights, Veyron has two horizontal radiator grills.
• And for aerodynamic performance, Veyron comes with a rear diffuser.
• Talking about exhaust titanium exhaust can be seen in the center of the car.
• Although two exhausts are hidden under the diffuser.

• Veyron is 2 seater car with a small luggage compartment on the front.
• The interior of this car is fully wrapped in genuine leather or you can get Alcantara fabric.
• Seats of Veyron are manually-adjustable back & forth with separate heating
• The seats of Veyron are made up of carbon fiber to keep the weight minimum.

• In addition, fuel flap opening buttons & top speed key slot is placed on the side of the driver’s seat.
• On the door window up/down switch, the door opening lever & ORVM adjusting knob can be found.
• All these buttons are made up of aluminum & small storage space can be found on each door.

• Talking about steering it’s also wrapped in leather with some aluminum touch.
• Horseshoe design can be found in the interior like the center console.
• The Centre console is made up of fully aluminum & has A.C vents around it.
• And two jet-inspired vents on the center with an Analog clock.

• Talking about infotainment in 2005 Veyron used to come with a Burmeister CD player with F.M.
• And off course automatic A.C was also available with this car.
• Around the gear knob, you will find the Launch Control button with handling mode

• Two separate seats heating rotary buttons & engine On/off buttons also place near gear-knob.
• Now my favorite thing is the analog instrument cluster I am a fan of the analog speedometer.
• Analog speedometer has Speedometer, RPM meter, HP Meter, temperature gauge & fuel gauge.
• The last thing I want to mention is the space inside the car is really tight not very practical.

• Heggemann aerospace company designed the rear wing of the Veyron.
• It’s the most high-tech rear wing you can find in the car.
• The rear wing adjusts itself according to the speed of the car.
• And at the time of braking rear wing comes outside to act as an air brake.
• Bugatti Veyron 16.4 has three riding modes each riding mode has its own wing angle & ground clearance.

Chassis and Assembly Bugatti Veyron 2005

• The chassis of this mid-engine super is another engineering work of art.
• Because Veyron 2005 chassis consist of three-part FRONT END, MONOCOQUE, REAR Chassis.

1. FRONT END

• The front end of the Veyron has a crash structure.
• Air to liquid coolers, starter battery, luggage compartment, Front Axle differential & the steering system.
• All these main components are attached with the front frame & it’s made up of aluminum.

2. MONOCOQUE

• The monocoque compartment is made up of full carbon fiber.
• Because carbon fiber is lighter in weight & strong as well.
• The main components of the Monocoque are the fuel tank, steering column, pedals.
• Brake reservoirs, master cylinder & Air Conditioning.

3. REAR FRAME

• The rear chassis section has an engine, gearbox, exhaust
• Apart from this rear chassis also consists fuel system & its components.

W16 Bugatti Veyron Engine/Gearbox

• Bugatti Veyron Engine has a W16 configuration that Means two VR8 engines sharing the same crankshaft.
• The reason behind using the W16 engine is because it’s compact in size & lighter in weight than the V12 engine.
• This W16 engine is an 8.0 Liter, 16 cylinder engine producing 1,001 PS & earth-shattering 1250 Nm of torque.
• And 4 turbochargers helping Bugatti Veyron engine to develop this level of power.
• Bugatti engineers say the amount of air a person is required to breathe for 4 days Bugatti Veyron’s engine sucks that air in 1 minute.
• This engine is assembled in SOLSGITTER Germany & it takes one weak to assemble one engine.
• Veyron engine has 3500 individual parts & uses Titanium Conrods & Aluminium pistons.
• Apart from that Veyron engine is coupled with 7 speed DSG gearbox that is designed to handle 1500 Nm of torque.

Cooling System of Veyron

• Another big challenge in front of the Bugatti engineers was that how to cool that massive engine.
• So they find the solution was 10 radiators are placed in the car in different places.
• And each radiator takes 15 hours to build & after that engineers test them also.
• Bugatti Engine has two water circuits one circuit contains 40 Liters of coolant & 3 Radiators on the front.
• And another is a low-temperature circuit that contains 20 Liters of coolant for intercoolers.

Brakes of Veyron 16.4

• Talking about brakes they are the most powerful brakes system in the automotive industry.
• Disc brakes of Veyron are made up of carbon-ceramic discs.
• On the front axles, you will get a 400 mm diameter & 38 mm thickness disc.
• And on the rear, we have 380 mm diameter and 36 mm thickness
• Apart from that brake’s active rear wings helps Veyron to stop in less time.

• Apart from that it also has a paddle shifter in case you want to drive manually.
• But one thing if you are driving over bad roads you need to be very careful.
